WORKING WITH OUR SUPPLIERS

As a business, we rely on strong relationships with our suppliers to provide our customers with the latest on-trend products at an affordable price. This is why working with the right suppliers is so important to us. We’ve been building our team who work with our suppliers in the UK and further afield. This will help to make sure we have a clear map of all the factories producing our clothes, and our suppliers are following our standards to protect workers and improve product quality.
To continuously improve our efforts towards a transparent and ethical supply chain, we’ve strengthened our standards in the UK and globally. Working closely with our suppliers, we’ll support them in addressing challenges and creating a positive impact

We have published our global factory list. We also have an interactive map hosted by the Open Apparel Registry (OAR) that shows our factories.

As a Group, we set up and donated £1 million to an independent Garment Workers Trust in Leicester so that any worker can get advice and access to grants if they need it.

We have launched, Thurmaston Lane, our manufacturing centre of excellence in factory in Leicester, to share best practice across the industry, and support in supplier training.

We will have mapped our supply chain to the raw material source for our key fibres e.g. the cotton fields in order to have full visibility of its journey.
